How do I choose multiple products for deals (Buy 2 Get 1 Prints, 2 for $5 stickers, etc.)?
In the checkout screen, there will be a space to include a note with your order. Please write the names of the products you'd like before submitting your payment.

How do you mail your prints?
Large prints will be rolled and shipped in mailing tubes. Small prints will be shipped in flat ridgid mailers.

Why hasn't my order shipped?
I'm only able to go to the post office once a week on Saturdays. I will do my best to process orders the week they come in and ship them that Saturday. If you need your order to go out sooner, please let me know in my contact form and I'll do my best to accomodate you. Thank you!

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time, but I'm hoping to figure out international shipping by the end of 2021!

How long will it take to receive my order once it's shipped?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly through my contact page.

Can you do returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for my shop. If your product is damaged in transit, please use my contact form to send me a photo of the damaged merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order and we can discuss either a refund or replacement for the damaged product.
